Hong Kong Children & Youth Services is social service agency.  The Agency provides social services including Children & Youth Services, School Social Work Service etc, and they are speeding the idea of meditation to primary school in order to help children have a better control and understanding of anxiety. These two videos are part of their teaching materials, the introduction video is telling what is anxiety and how meditation can help, and the practice video is training video which teaching children how to meditation.
